BI Data Engineer

Our client is global manufacture.

The client is looking for a BI Data Engineer with a strong background in data warehouse management to strengthen their Business Intelligence Competence Centre.
You will work on the design and development of solutions for data collection, data warehousing and
translate these into meaningful reports and analysis.
To be successful in this role you need to have strong SQL skills, good knowledge of data systems and modeling, experience developing data processing pipelines and comfort dealing with complex technical
problems.
Strong analytical and logical skills, curiosity, organization, attention to detail
and discipline are crucial for this position.

Expected is a degree in Computer Science or related fields or multiple year experience in a
similar role. This background ensures a solid understanding in relational and multidimensional
data models and systems.
You also have strong SQL development experience analysing, transforming and integrating paired with strong XML, Java, ACL and Python skills.
We expect experience in the design and development of ETL/ELT solutions for Enterprise Data Warehouses using Microsoft SQL Server Tools and Services.
The understanding of data management in Microsoft Dynamics365 and being familiar with Microsoft Azure services (SSAS, SSIS…) and analytics tools, such as Power BI is a plus.
You will need to communicate in an international environment and therefore fluent English, both written and spoken is a must
